Criminal and Civil citations and subpoenas can be served any where in Texas. Executive Investigations will make an “attempt to serve’ within 24-48 hours of receipt of paperwork. All subpoenas and citations to be served in Austin, Travis County, and Texas area priced at a specified rate per document.
Should our agency need the assistance of database locator or research to locate a subject. An additional fee would apply for this service, with client’s approval. This is another additional fee that would apply if the agency has to travel outside Travis County, Texas area, to provide service of process. An additional charge for mileage applies per rate of mile.
